Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) in Texas is hiring Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home healthcare services. You will create your own schedule and deliver one-on-one care to clients in their homes, helping with daily activities and maintaining safety.

Ideal candidates have CNA certification, CPR, and TB testing completed; experience with transfers, vital signs, and documentation is preferred. The role offers pay of $15.00 to $17.50 per hour and benefits packages.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including light housekeeping, meal preparation and hygiene.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to care team.
• Document care provided and patient progress in a timely and accurate manner.
