Job summary

Napa Post Acute is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team in Napa, CA. The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to improve daily living skills.

Collaboration with PTs, STs, nursing and the interdisciplinary team is essential for optimal outcomes. Flexible scheduling options include Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN with competitive pay of $65–$75/hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Post-acute or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services that improve function and daily living.
• Collaborate with PTs, STs, nursing and interdisciplinary team.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Educate residents, families and staff on goals and care strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
