Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) in Williamsport, IN seeks an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector to verify occupancy status through residential property inspections. This contractor role operates independently to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

You will earn $25–$35 per hour per inspection, set your own schedule, and work autonomously. Requirements include reliable transportation, background check for Aspen Grove, and prior inspections experience or 1099 work.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• 6 months of inspections field experience or 1099 experience preferred.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status; deliver delinquency letters and conduct insurance inspections.
• Use inspection software to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with the account manager.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Must travel to Williamsport, IN and surrounding counties.
