NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) seeks an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our team in Batesville, IN. As a contractor, you will conduct residential property inspections to confirm occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters, using inspection software to document findings.

You will work independently, manage your own schedule, travel to properties across Batesville and surrounding counties, and maintain accurate records while meeting performance timelines and guidelines.

Formación

• Reliable transportation to travel to Batesville, IN and surrounding counties.
• Experience in default mortgage inspections preferred.
• Experience with InspectorADE software and documenting inspections.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
• Utilize inspection software to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
