Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) in Waverly, OH is seeking an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector to join our growing team. You will conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and report findings using our inspection software.

This is a contractor position paid by the inspection at a rate of $25–$35 per hour. You can set your own schedule and work independently, traveling to properties in Waverly and surrounding counties while meeting deadlines and regulatory

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience in Default Mortgage Inspections.
• Experience with InspectorADE.
• Effective communication.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Willingness to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
• Utilize inspection software to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate with account manager professionally.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Travel to properties in Waverly, OH and surrounding counties.
