NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector to join our team in Washington, PA. This contractor role requires independent work to inspect residential properties for occupancy status and report findings using inspection software.

Expect a fee per inspection, typically $25–$35 per hour, with scheduling flexibility and autonomous work. Must have reliable transport and pass a background check to obtain the Aspen Grove number; 6 months of inspections

Qualifications

• US citizenship or green card required.
• 6 months of inspections experience preferred.
• Background check and Shieldhub/ABC # background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status.
• Deliver delinquency letters and conduct insurance inspections.
• Use inspection software to document and report findings.
• Take photos and submit documents as requested.
• Meet designated timelines and performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with the account manager.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Travel to properties in Washington, PA and nearby counties.
