Job summary

Old Second National Bank in Oakbrook Terrace, IL seeks a Customer Service Representative (Levels 1–3) to handle loan servicing and payments for motorcycle and RV products. You will resolve inquiries, update records, and keep customers satisfied with friendly, accurate service.

Roles require a high school diploma, flexible hours incl. overtime, and strong communication. Levels differ by experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Training and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of related experience for Level 1&2, 2 years for Level 3.
Flexible schedule inclusive of overtime to meet business needs.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for all levels.

Responsibilities

Take customer service phone calls; identify service needs and respond to questions about loan information and Payoff amounts.
Verify customer information and update records as needed.
Answer questions, take payments, research problems and follow up with customers.
Maintain customer records from call-in messages and ensure accurate data.
Deliver outstanding service with friendly greetings and professional conduct.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
Level 2: administer the customer service inbox and manage emails.
Level 2: monitor voicemails and organize loan files.
Level 3: act as SME and handle escalated situations.
