Kevin Chandler State Farm is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and drive customer success. You will nurture relationships and bridge customer needs with agency departments, proactively marketing relevant insurance products and services.

The role emphasizes customer service, lead development, and effective communication to ensure satisfaction and retention across our client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs and problem-solving.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
