Job summary

David McClain - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency by building meaningful relationships, identifying client needs, and marketing State Farm products and services.

You will serve as a liaison between customers and agency departments, ensuring prompt, accurate, and friendly service while promoting long-lasting relations with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations and trust.
