Job summary

Elevate Infusion is seeking a Contract RN Infusion Nurse to provide high-quality in-home infusion care. The role requires strong clinical skills, independence, and a commitment to safety and patient-focused care in patients' homes.

Pay is $48.00 per hour for patient visits with $35.00 per hour for drive time; flexible scheduling lets you pick visits that fit your life, often with one patient at a time and the option to work as little or as much as you want.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Missouri.
• Minimum 2 years as RN with 1+ year in ER, ICU, or infusion.
• At least 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to independently start PIV lines and manage infusion therapy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and effective delivery of infusion medications.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy at home.
• Develop and evaluate the plan of care with the team.
• Maintain scheduling and case management via the company's platform.
• Communicate scheduling changes to the team as needed.
• Proficiently start peripheral IV lines and administer IVIG/biologics at home.
• Document encounters within 24–48 hours.
