Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Channelview, TX. You will work under a licensed PT to restore mobility, promote independence, and enhance quality of life in the home setting.

You will identify goals, implement interventions, and educate patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, individualized care. A strong patient-centered approach and adaptability are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

Active Texas PTA license required.
CPR certification required.
Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated clinical PTA experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptable care approaches.
Solid understanding of current treatment techniques.

Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy services in the home under the supervision of a licensed PT.
Identify patient goals and implement interventions to meet mobility needs.
Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
Document services and progress accurately; maintain records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
Carry out individualized care plans and support treatment goals.
