Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s) or eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent, or Bachelor’s with 5+ years of experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs through evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapies such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional training, and education.
• Design adaptive devices, train patients and caregivers, and refer to other disciplines.
• Monitor progress, modify treatment plans, ensure safety and quality care.
• Supervise support personnel and maintain clinical and billing documentation.
• Promote a safe environment and manage equipment and supplies.

Education

Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent

Bachelor’s with 5+ years of experience
