Job summary

DoorDash DashMart in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You will pick, pack, and hand off orders through the app, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse organized.

Shifts are two per month minimum, with onboarding and a 4-hour training shift completed within 14 days. Base pay starts at $15.65/hour with additional premiums for night hours and Flex shifts picked up on short notice.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Reliability, positive attitude, and team orientation are essential.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with/without accommodations).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders via the app and hand off to Dashers.
• Manage inventory and spoilage, including shelf life.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Ensure substitutions meet customer approval.
