DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Variable Schedule Operations Associate for part-time shifts. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory and spoilage, and keep the warehouse organized. Substitutions must be approved by customers and you’ll work with the site leadership team.

You’ll onboard with a training shift, then select shifts via the scheduling app. The role includes lift requirements and benefits, with a $17.30/hr base pay and premium night/peak shifts.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive and team oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service or warehouse operations.
• Detail oriented with focus on fresh food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, shelf life awareness.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by customers.
