Job summary

Responsibilities

• Treat patients under supervision of Licensed Occupational Therapist per plan of care
• Communicate with the Occupational Therapist about patient progress and plans
• Document treatment notes and daily billing per policy
• Assist in Plan of Care meetings as requested
• Adhere to state practice acts and company policies
