Renewal Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a full-time basis to join our SNF and long-term care team. You will deliver occupational therapy under OT supervision, support personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to achieve functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA or as required by state.
• Current state license as a COTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
