The role emphasizes relationship-building, collaboration with clinical teams, and tailoring support to each client’s recovery goals in a real-world environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with at least two years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health or related field.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with mental health or behavioral health needs preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community-based work.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, community-based support to individuals and families.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to monitor needs and progress.
• Review client history and treatment plans to align services with goals.
• Assist with development and achievement of IRPs.
• Teach coping strategies and daily living skills for independence.
