Strategic Asset Services, LLC (SAS) is seeking Commercial Property Inspectors who will manage inspections from a home office, coordinating with property managers, and conducting comprehensive site evaluations. You will take photos, interview management, and prepare detailed reports through our system.

Candidates should be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and travel across a wide territory. The role requires strong communication, computer proficiency, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must meet hard deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to assess the physical condition of a property.
• Prepare clear, concise property inspection reports.
• Strong computer, typing, and internet skills.
• Own a Windows PC with Windows 10+ and access Excel/Word.
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation.
• Able to climb fixed vertical ladders.
• Available for at least two full days.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with clients via email/phone.
• Complete physical inspections in assigned territory.
• Take digital photos and insert into reports.
• Attend training or meetings as required.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
