Strategic Asset Services, LLC (SAS) seeks Commercial Property Inspectors to perform on-site property inspections nationwide, reporting findings and photos via our system. The role requires independent work from a home office, travel to commercial properties, and responsibility for scheduling, documenting, and communicating results with property managers.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and computer skills, own a PC-based Windows 10+ setup, and can inspect roofs and interior/exterior

Qualifications

• Ability to complete inspections with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Ability to assess the physical condition of properties accurately.
• Prepare clear, concise reports with supporting photos.
• Strong computer, typing, and internet skills.
• Own a Windows PC and MS Office (2013+) access to Excel and Word.
• Be self-starter, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with clients via email/phone.
• Complete physical inspections within an assigned territory.
• Take digital photos and insert into reports using company tools.
• Attend trainings and follow company policies and safety rules.
• Maintain timely communications with property managers and clients.
• Follow reporting procedures and ensure data accuracy.
