Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Must read, write, and follow English instructions.
• 75-hour Nurse Aide course required.
• At least 1 year CNA experience.
• Must maintain CNA certification without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, bathroom needs, feeding and baths/showers.
• Provide basic treatments as directed by nursing staff (e.g., vitals).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition; communicate with team.
