Job summary

Totality Staffing is seeking dedicated Nursing Assistants to join our care team in Burlington, IA. You will provide personal care, assist residents with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and daily tasks, and report changes to the nursing staff with empathy and professionalism.

Starting pay is $22 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $26 by taking last-minute shifts. We offer weekly and daily pay, plus a referral bonus program and flexible scheduling to fit family needs.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Must read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• 75-hour Nurse Aide course required.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience.
• Must maintain CNA certification without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and daily tasks.
• Perform basic treatments and take vital signs as directed.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain excellent communication with residents and team.

Job Summary

• Nursing Assistants are responsible for providing personal care and assistance in the facility.
• Nursing Assistants may be called upon to help residents with personal hygiene, including assistance with dressing, grooming, going to the bathroom, feeding and the giving of baths/showers.
• Nursing Assistants will be called upon to provide basic treatments as required at the direction of the nursing staff. This includes but is not limited to such things as taking vital signs.
• Nursing Assistants are responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
• Excellent communication and team skills are needed.
