Job summary

One You Love Homecare Northwest Valley is seeking compassionate caregivers to deliver non-medical in-home support, offering companionship and assistance with daily living activities to help clients maintain independence and dignity.

We provide flexible scheduling options (days, evenings, weekends, overnights), training, and a supportive franchise network. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a family-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plus.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport)
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.
