Job summary

One You Love Homecare Windermere is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care, including companionship, personal care, daily living assistance, and light housekeeping in clients' homes.

You will have flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends, overnights), opportunities to earn $16.00-$20.00 per hour, training, and a supportive franchise network. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus.
• State certification/license valid if required by state.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plans.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
