Job summary

7 Leaves Café is hiring a Drink Cook in Torrance, CA. You will be responsible for creating, storing and packaging coffee and tea beverages, brewing signature bases and collaborating with store management and kitchen staff to ensure quality production.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, familiarity with POS and ordering systems, and strong communication and organizational skills. Training may be required, with benefits including medical/dental/vision and team perks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with technology/computer systems (i.e. Excel, attendance system, ordering system).
• Excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with all 7 Leaves recipes, timing and measurements to produce coffee and tea.
• Adhere to food safety protocols to ensure safety and quality.
• Regularly inventory and order ingredients to meet needs.
• Maintain calm, professional demeanor during high volume periods.
• Communicate with management and team to handle issues (damages, faulty products).
• Attend scheduled shifts and complete duties as assigned.
