SmartStyle Hair Salon Smart Hair, LLC is seeking an Assistant Salon Leader to join our team. You will work with the Salon Leader to manage operations, lead by example, mentor staff, and ensure top-quality hair care for every guest.

You will support recruiting and training while focusing on client growth and the salon's profitability, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have current cosmetology/barber license as required by state regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight travel.
• Good reading, writing and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in salon operations alongside the Salon Leader and provide leadership.
• Help grow clientele and profitability of the salon while mentoring teammates.
• Provide all hair care services and uphold high guest service quality.
• Coach and develop staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and handling conflicts and client concerns.
