The role emphasizes building relationships, maintaining appealing presentations, and supporting daily store operations, with an adaptable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and drive to meet store objectives.
• Ability to learn and apply product knowledge.
• Ability to operate technology and devices.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with personalized service.
• Apply suggestive selling and recommend products.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries.
• Maintain attractive selling areas and count stock.
• Support store fulfillment, pricing, and promotional sets.
