Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in security industry.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a call center.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in a security operations center/dispatch preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn security software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems to provide security services.
• Respond to emergencies and dispatch security officers and other services as required.
• Investigate incidents and alarms and create incident reports.
• Monitor security alerts from security software and triage as needed.
• Take action to mitigate incidents through remote monitoring and surveillance.
• Document incident response timelines and actions for post-incident analysis.
• Operate access control and badge systems for site security.
• Be vigilant for safety and security threats.
• Deter crime and ensure compliance with safety policies.
