Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a FLEX RSOC Operator to join our 24/7 security operations. You will monitor CCTV, access control, and alarms while coordinating responses to incidents and emergencies.

The role requires quick decision-making, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include triaging security alerts, documenting actions, and supporting remote mitigation efforts across North, Central and South America.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• At least 1 year in security and 1 year in call center or customer service.
• Experience in SOC/dispatch preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to learn C-Cure and incident management software.
• Ability to work independently and in a 24/7 setting.
• Ability to stay clear-minded during crises and adapt to schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control, video surveillance, and alarms to deliver security services.
• Respond to emergencies and dispatch police, fire, EMS, and others as required.
• Investigate incidents and generate incident reports for post-incident analysis.
• Monitor security alerts from various software and triage by severity and impact.
• Take action via remote monitoring and ongoing surveillance to mitigate incidents.
• Document incident activities including timelines and lessons learned.
• Operate access control through CCTV and badge systems; monitor site activity.
• Communicate location and status during intrusions to team members.
• Remain vigilant for threats; implement emergency action plans as needed.
• Support overall safety and deter criminal activity on site.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor a variety of technologies including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems to provide security service and threat elimination.
• Respond to all emergencies, and dispatch security officers, police, fire, EMS personnel, and other services as required for incidents such as B&E, power disruption, medical, etc.
• Investigating incidents and alarms, escalating situations to appropriate parties and assembling incident reports.
• Monitor security alerts and events generated by various security and access control software
• Analyze and triage security alerts to identify potential security incidents, prioritizing them based on severity, relevance, and potential impact.
• Take immediate action to mitigate security incidents through remote monitoring efforts and constant surveillance.
• Document incident response activities, including timelines, actions taken, and lessons learned, to support post-incident analysis and reporting.
• Operate the access control system through CCTV, and Badging.
• Monitor site activities via CCTV or other surveillance systems.
• Respond to intrusion alarms by communicating to team members on their
• activation and location throughout North, Central and South America.
• Be vigilant for safety and security threats.
• Implement established emergency or security action plans, as required
• Deter criminal activity, misconduct, and safety violations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have 1 year of experience in the security industry
• Minimum 1 year experience in a call center
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
• Experience in a security operations center, dispatch, or similar security-related role preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn software such as C-Cure and incident Management Software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a 24/7 operational setting
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high stress periods
• Flexibility for potential schedule adjustments

Physical Requirements:

• Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1–2 miles per shift)
• Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
