The position requires enrollment in an ARRT-accredited program with at least 2 semesters completed, plus BLS and IV therapy certifications within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 90 days of hire for all incumbents.
• IV Therapy Certification within 90 days of hire for all incumbents.
• Rad Assistant applicants must be enrolled and completed 2 semesters in ARRT-accredited education.
• Non-student tech roles require 2 years of patient care management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform chest, abdominal, extremity, and spine radiological imaging studies within scope of competency.
• Operate radiology equipment and develop films.
• Prepare patient room and equipment under supervision of a registered Radiologic Technologist.
• Provide clinical support including IV lines and basic lab duties.
