Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to improve repair quality, efficiency and reliability.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and management communications.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions for nonconformances and CAPAs.
• Support repair processes, equipment, tooling, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute engineering studies, process validations, and reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma.
