Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Experience in skilled nursing
- Reliable transportation to facilities
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to complete background and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Record patient data and vitals in EMR PCC
- Assess health status and changes requiring intervention
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Monitor resident outcomes and communicate with physicians
- Supervise LPNs/CNAs as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with policies and infection control standards
- Document assessments and interventions in the medical record
- Communicate concerns to onsite supervisor and agency
- Perform duties as assigned
