Qualifications

• Active RN license required.

• Experience administering medications per physician orders.
• Ability to assess resident health and document changes.

Responsabilités

• Record patient information and vital signs in EMR.
• Assess resident health status and identify changes needing nursing intervention.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Develop and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
