Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN to provide care across multiple clinics within Work Campus Care. The role requires flexibility to travel between clinic locations and perform duties in Nurse-Only and traditional clinic settings alongside providers.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with no weekends, paid holidays off, and a competitive pay range. A BSN is preferred, with strong clinical judgment and excellent communication abilities

Qualifications

Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges to practice in applicable states.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.
Typically requires 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilités

Engage in quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patient and family involvement.
Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with care team to influence outcomes.
Uphold a culture of safety and provide safe, compassionate patient care.
Float to other units/locations as needed to meet patient care needs.
