Job summary
Allure is seeking RN/LPNs to join our Float Pool across Illinois, offering complete schedule control and diverse clinical experience. Earn $45/hr (RN) or $37/hr (LPN) with shift differentials, bonuses, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
- Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
- Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
- Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families.
