Job summary
Allure Healthcare Services is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Float Pool in Illinois. Earn $45/hour as an RN or $37/hour as an LPN, with the freedom to create your own schedule through PRN, full-time, or part-time options.
Work across multiple units to gain diversified experience while enjoying shift differentials and overtime opportunities. Locations across Illinois include Prophetstown, Mt Carroll, Geneseo, Moline, Galesburg, Zion, Walnut, and
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
- Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
- Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
- Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families.
