Job summary

CarePartners is hiring a Registered Nurse in North Carolina for a full-time, dayshift float pool role. The RN will provide leadership in delivering professional nursing care, employing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and families, and supervise and document teaching as required.

Requirements include an Associate’s or BSN, NC RN licensure (eNLC may apply, obtained within 30 days), and BLS certification with at least one year of hospital nursing

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or BSN required.
• Current RN license in NC; eNLC license may apply; licensee must obtain within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• At least 1 year hospital nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to facilitate delivery of professional nursing care for patient comfort and well-being.
• Utilize nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching.
• Implement medically prescribed interventions.
