Valley View Manor in Minnesota is actively seeking a Registered Nurse to join our caring team. We offer flexible shifts, including 4, 8, and 12-hour options, with a focus on high-quality patient care and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, supervising CNAs, administering medications, wound care, and ensuring nursing practices align with policy. A Minnesota RN license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota registered nurse license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including residents, families and staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care following state, federal, and facility guidelines.
• Supervise CNAs and support staff.
• Administer medications and provide wound care and treatments.
• Provide general nursing care per facility policies and procedures.
• Address issues in the patient care plan for nurse review.
