Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide support and care in the Carver/Lakeville area. Immediate start with client’s hourly rate of $60/hr. Work directly with residents, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with the medical team to ensure quality outcomes.

This temporary opportunity offers scheduling flexibility, weekly compensation, and opportunities to grow professionally within a nationwide referral network.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with residents to ensure that their needs are met.
• Utilize nursing principles and patient assessments to develop, determine, and implement individualized plans of care.
• Administer necessary medications and carry out treatments and procedures outlined in patient's care plan.
• Accurately document all care provided to patients and note all observations.
• Work with medical team, patient, and his or her family, and visitors to ensure the atmosphere is pleasant and positive.
• Participate in rounds, ensure others are caring for the patient, understand treatments that have been provided, and ascertain patient's future needs.

Education
