NurseDash is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Skilled Nursing Facility (RN-SNF) in Cleveland, OH. This contract freelancer position offers flexible scheduling, no minimum shifts, and the ability to choose where and when you work within facilities near you.

Expect competitive hourly rates ($45–$55) with holiday premiums, same-day pay options, and access to a support team and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience.
• Certifications: BLS.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer prescribed medications and record them, reporting any adverse reactions.
• Document patients' medical information, vital signs, and monitor specialized equipment.
• Take corrective action when patients display adverse symptoms & provide bedside care.
• Implement patient education plans as directed by physicians.
• Changing dressings, inserting catheters, starting IVs, and assisting during examinations.
• Respond to life-saving situations following nursing standards and protocols.
