Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join the Monarch Float Pool across Minnesota communities. You will provide leadership and clinical oversight while delivering resident-centered care, with the flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs.

This role offers travel across Twin Cities Metro, Mankato, Rochester, St. Cloud, and more, with options for full-time or on-call schedules, competitive pay, and benefits eligibility as an Equal Opportunity

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Ability and willingness to travel to various Monarch Healthcare Management communities.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive resident assessments and establish baseline health status.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Provide clinical leadership and ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams.
• Support resident rights, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Deliver care in accordance with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards and facility policies.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices.
