Right at Home Anne Arundel County is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to provide high-quality home care for seniors across Anne Arundel County. You will conduct client assessments, supervise visits, and deliver medication management with adherence to Maryland regulations.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Maryland in good standing.
Current BLS/CPR Certification.
Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
Ability to travel throughout Anne Arundel County.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive initial client assessments and ongoing reassessments.
Perform medication management visits as required.
Complete caregiver supervisory visits and competency assessments.
Assess clients' physical condition, functional status, and home environment.
Identify safety risks and recommend appropriate interventions.
Educate caregivers on proper care techniques, including transfers and mobility assistance.
Monitor changes in client condition and communicate recommendations to the care team.
Maintain timely, accurate, and complete electronic documentation.
Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations, agency policies, and clinical standards.
