Job summary

Right at Home Anne Arundel County is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight, client assessments, caregiver training, and collaboration with families to ensure safe, high-quality in-home care. The RN will work across Anne Arundel County with a strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and coordination with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license in good standing and current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle for county-wide coverage.
• Ability to assess client home safety, plan care and supervise caregivers.
• Strong communication and documentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and clinical oversight.
• Provide client consultations and help families understand services and care levels.
• Train and supervise caregivers; evaluate competency and safety techniques.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with regulations and policies.
• Support care planning and collaborate with the office and care team.
