Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Team Member to provide friendly customer service, handle payments, and assist with food prep and display. The role supports travelers at our plazas across the Northeast.

You will work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays, stock and keep areas clean, follow brand standards and safety policies, and help create a welcoming, fast-paced experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for an extended period and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling, packaging, labeling, and dating; stock and sanitize workstation.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize areas; cross-sell and upsell products; maintain product knowledge.
• Follow brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
