Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to serve customers, run the register, and keep the store clean and inviting in Odessa, TX. The role involves handling cash, promoting sales, and ensuring compliance with age-verification and all laws for lottery, tobacco, and alcohol.

You will maintain a safe, well-stocked store environment, assist in other departments when needed, and work with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Age 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Basic math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Sell lottery, cigarette, and alcohol per all laws and age-verification requirements.
• Upsell to increase sales and provide friendly service.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and outside (restrooms, pumps, and lot).
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; maintain neat, full merchandising.
• Cross-train in other departments like deli when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
