Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, project-based work servicing major retailers and brands, with pay based on projects rather than a fixed schedule.

Assignments typically involve merchandising, resets, audits, inventory counts, and displaying products. Projects average 12–20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service during the first two weeks of each month.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, resetting, audits, or customer service.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Comfortable using a mobile device for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising tasks according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Update project reports with photos and documentation on a mobile device.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
