Job summary

SFS is hiring Retail Merchandisers to join a nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers a flexible schedule and project-based pay, with a typical 12–20 hours per month per assignment. You will service major retailers, perform resets, display maintenance, and reporting via mobile devices.

Travel between locations is common, and DailyPay is available with enrollment. Ideal candidates enjoy independent work, stay active, and deliver quality retail execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, reset, auditing or customer service.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Smartphone/tablet with internet access for reporting.
• Availability during retailer service windows, weekday daytime hours.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance and installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise per planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and presented accurately.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Submit project reports with photos on the same day work is performed.
