Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers a flexible schedule and project-based pay as you service major retailers and brands across the United States. Typical projects range from 12–20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service in the first two weeks of each month.

Qualifications

Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, audits, or customer service preferred.
Ability to read and execute planograms and instructions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
Ensure displays are clean and organized.
Travel between retail locations as needed.
Submit project completion reports and photos the same day work is performed.
