Job summary

SFS, Inc. is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, contract-based work across the United States, with project-based pay and the option for DailyPay enrollment.

Projects typically range from 12-20 hours per month and involve merchandising, resets, inventory audits, and display maintenance at major retailers. You will review client instructions, execute planograms, and document results with a mobile device.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation for travel between assigned retail locations.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access.
• Active email address for project communication and reporting.
• Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day services are performed.
