Job summary

SFS is growing its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to support major retailers and brands. Projects are flexible, typically 12-20 hours per month, with opportunities to service multiple retailers.

This role suits self-motivated professionals seeking supplemental income and the freedom to choose projects that fit their availability. Contractors can expect project-based pay, the potential for DailyPay enrollment, and ongoing merchandising

Qualifications

Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
Travel between retail locations as needed.
Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
