Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide contractor network. This role offers flexible projects with 12–20 hours per month typical, servicing major retailers and brands.

Contractors control their schedule and select projects that fit availability, with dailyPay available after enrollment. Ideal for self-motivated individuals seeking supplemental income and active retail execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, auditing, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, via mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
